To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Be in its original packaging with all accessories included
✅ Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

⚠ The following items are not eligible for return :

❌ Hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics, open beauty accessories, nail polish, gel, mask, etc.)
